When i make call with my parents, my wife creates lot of discussions and takes only digitivity from the conversation. Is it good manners to call to parents from outside? And remove call logs? If she watches call logs, she creates mess again.

I am 30years female suffering from panic disorder & on paroxetine and clonapazem Do we feel always left arm and left heavy heavy in anxiety Temples pain, ears ringing, chest tightness and pressure and suffocation along with jaw pain moving back pain My echo is normal

I suddenly 4 months ago feeling disconnection from body ,surroundings.previously I never feel this types of feeling .I feel like this not my own hand not my own body etc etc.i previously never have any mental health problems .I live sedentary live and less socialize and most of the time I stay In home and more active in internet.but why this problem starts I would not understand.i have no anxiety or depression but why I didn't connect my body and mind?please tell me

Sir i am having anxiety disorder.. Since 3 yrs.. My doctor prescribe me clobazam 2.5...vortica 5 mg and clonozepam 2.5as sos.. But after taking dis  medicine panic attack happen sometime.. Tightning chest.. Frequent heart beat acidity happen.. Can panic attack can be cure permanent ly..

From last 3 year I have the habit of pulling hair. Actually I noticed my hair became frizzy at one portion. This is still going on I tried shaving head twice but the regrown hair has same texture and the habit continued. What is the solution to this problem?

My doctor has prescribed me seralift (sertraline 50mg) + Etilaam (etizolam 0.5mg) in the morning after food And Petril MD (Clonazepam 0.25mg) at night I just have a couple of questions 1. Does combining Sertraline and Etizolam safe. I heard there might be risk of fainting 2. I have been given cloazepam at night and Etizolam in the morning does these 2 interact Any help regarding this would be really helpful

Hi Doctors I have been diagnosed with Anxiety disorder since 2020 due to Covid and one of my family member passed in heart attack at early age. While I was taken proper treatment for anxiety now i was ok around 75-80%. Once in a month I get anxious and nervous. But I feel anger when seeing the people who I don't like since they had done bad things to my family during that time I couldn't control the anger and I get heat palpitations with chest pain and also no sleep on that particular day or two. All the tests pertains to heart are normal. Please guide me how to control anger and overthinking I was going for walking and Cycling but it doesn't solve my problem. What kind of treatment will solve this.
