Hello medam / sir , Any one thought is continuously rotating in my mind and getting anxiety or fear. What will be the reason can you please tell ?

I went to my psychiatrist. I told him I have excessive eating problem and I am previously diagnosed with ocd.He prescribed me clofranil and buspin .How does it lead to appetite suppress or weight loss? I am currently on Fluvator 100 Arip mt 5 Oxetol 300

Yesterday night I wake up from sleep and felt I'm having vertigo... Feel like my head spinning from inside... Even feel dizzy n lighthearted... I'm so much panic so I have taken petril 0.5 Mg and then try to sleep got difficulty to sleep... From morning I'm wake up I'm feeling dizzy and having non spinning vertigo... My head spinning inside can't focus on anything... My vitals are normal... It happened mostly when I'm in sleep and wake up and feel I'm panic and having unexpected feeling... It's happening nowdYs very often but yesterday it was very long and still feel that issue... Kindly advise something.. Mostly I got panic attack and non spinning vertigo dizziness attack in sleep... I'm diabetic type 2...

Hi, I am facing problems related unable to sleep earlier it was moderate but now for straight 2 days I havent slept. My eyes appears awake and active but heavy and dizzy at the same time also some stress on head as well. I dont understand whats wrong. I have bloating as well. Earlier i was using Dveniz 50 but it has side-effects and disturbs a lot when missed the routine it causes constipation too so i want to avoid using dveniz 50 antidepressant. I think its depression and anxiety at the same time but idk what to do i havent slept for 2 days and even if i force myself to sleep i cant as my eyes are awake.

Dear Doc, My dad got brain stroke in 2018 and since 20 days there is a behavioral change. He talks to himself imagining someone is sitting next to him. Sleeping during the day and waking at night asking people to take bath during night and everything is changed.

Hello Doctor I'm shamili ,34yrs old What is the difference between Anxiety & panic attacks with symptoms ? Kindly please explain with one example ? All of sudden I'm getting body weakness,tension - breathlessness( No trigger for my attack) If i do 10 - 15 mins breathing excercise & meditation...i will be calm after sometime I'm in confusion , I'm i getting anxiety or panic attack sometimes 😔 Thank you Shamili

Doctor prescribed sulgiride-R (rabeprazole 20mg and levosulpiride 75mg) in the morning empty stomach and nexitoplus half tablet( Clonazepam and escitolopram) at bedtime, i want to know is there any interaction between levosulpiride and escitolopram and Clonazepam, pls clarify 🙏

My 25 year old daughter has mild to moderate autism,she has ocd like symptoms & asks things repeatedly.When we refuse to answer she becomes anxious & angry.Looking for a doctor who can give her anti-anxiety medicines to help her calm down. Thank you
