Sir I have cardiphobia.. I always think about my heart.. Due to this always pain in my heart .. 6 month ago I have done ecg and xray of chest and lipiod profile. In which trigclriceds is only 205 ... And every thing is fine... Now plzzz suggest me what test done to identify heart problem ...

Don't know why.. suddenly I'll start thinking about being in a dark room or a closed area. I can't sleep It's very difficult. Sometimes I start panicking in the bathroom while I take a bath, thinking that I am in a closed room. Should I consult a psychiatrist or what to do.. should I start any therapy or yoga. Don't know how to deal with this.

Sir I am very confused. I don't know what happened with me... I always think about my heart .. I always fell like that I have heart attack and I die...due to this I take depren 10 .. But I don't know what happened I have constipation and tight lateing with blood fell gaseous and acid formation and my thorat is dry always...plzzz help me sir

I am suffering from constant bombardment of past abusive thoughts. I feel like taking revenge from someone who had shouted me or abused me or made fun of me in the past since my childhood to till date. Once i see or listen something relatable or when i am alone eating or driving, those thoughts jast suddenly appear and changes my mood.  my heart beat rises i looses my concentration try to shout and abuse them, and regret that why i could not answer them at that time itself. I am suffering from this from last 4 years. Intensity of this problem varies time to time. Please help.
