Hello doctor, my doctor asked me to take nexito 10mg and the medical shopkeeper gave me a medicine with the title recita 10. Are these two used interchangeably. Are they the same thing?

Don't know why.. suddenly I'll start thinking about being in a dark room or a closed area. I can't sleep It's very difficult. Sometimes I start panicking in the bathroom while I take a bath, thinking that I am in a closed room. Should I consult a psychiatrist or what to do.. should I start any therapy or yoga.
