Consult a Mental Health Professional: Speaking with a therapist or counselor can provide you with valuable insights into the source of your feelings and help you develop coping strategies. They can also help determine if you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition such as depression, anxiety, or social anxiety disorder.
Self-Reflection: Take some time to reflect on the underlying causes of your irritability, anger, and dissatisfaction. Are there specific triggers or situations that consistently lead to these feelings? Understanding the root causes can be a crucial step in addressing them.
Practice Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Mindfulness meditation and relaxation exercises can help you manage anger and irritation by teaching you to stay present and calm in challenging situations.
Take a psychiatrist consultation, with the above symptoms you might be suffering from depression. Detailed history needs to be taken for a conclusive diagnosis and further management.
