I have been suffering from anxiety and my head sometimes seems full of something.i have mood swings and it leads to crying when alone.When I am in with any other person I don't want to pay attention to them and I get angry sometimes.i have talked about my problem to my friend but no improvement.i feel worst.and now it's been 4 days since I am facing this

Emotionally weak, suicidal thoughts, feeling stressed, fear of darkness from last 1 year even i can not sit in closed room in day time, lazyness

I cant sleep well ,I cant sleep whole night completely my sleep is broken , I can not sit for long hours

My son is lazy he dose his all activities very slowly. i feel that it is affecting his studies. he is slow in writing spells also weak constantly his grades were decreasing i am very much worried

If I slept my body is sleeping but my mind is not sleeping continuously thinking in night in sleeping so I'll not fresh in morning plz suggest about this

I have my first manic episode in 2001.psy care was given then after 2 month I became stable that time I was 19 year old.however I started to remain in depression mode.but again in 2003 I found pinching headeche all over mind started escitalopram 20 mg OD and then survived and continued it for 2 years and now got married and remained on ayurvedic antidepressive herbs for next two years.but suddenly I have had started doubt on my wife that she has some affairs with my relatives I became nervous and episode came but people unnoticed .in mean I was blessed with a girl child so I became asymptomatic in 2008.but this matter survived in my mind and ultimately in 2011 I got again a major episode in 2011 and got hospitalised by my wife and there I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder started lithium 500mg BD with 100 mg amisulpride and remained in regular touch with that psychiatrist but after 2 years again due to some thyroid elevation complications medicine changed .

My husband is not willing to work and wants to suicide. We have financial problems but I keep on telling death is not the answer. I tried my best to motivate Nd doing whatever he says. He is not outgoing person Nd always stick to his PC

I am shy and have issues in interacting with people. It is very hard to make friends. Also, I have anger management issues.

Due to various reasons my mother is in deep depression.We already consulted you .You prescribed duvanta and riswal plus for my mother.She was happy for an year.But when she stopped using the tablets she was back into the same stage.She continously thinks that everyone in our house are scolding her.She doesn't sleep well and eat well.She hardly sleeps 2-3 hrs per day.The whole family is suffering .Please help us.She is refusing to use the tablets .She wants an immediate medication.Please help us.

My mum has a problem that people are talking about her. I have already consult u previously and u have suggested me medicine sulpisac. But now my mum is not ready to come to consult. So i just want to confirm if i am use the same medicine.
