My gf is dump me she move on to me with our friend and if so depressed and iam feeling like my chest is burn there is so heat in my chest and i have so much pain in my side brain (forehead). Pls pls sir tell me what can i do ? I real need help. If any tablet for me pls tell me Please sir

Hello...Based on ur symptoms ur suffering from depression.. Consult psychiatrist immediately get evaluated..
