Hi Sir, I have been struggling to get job in IT Field. Its been 4 years I am trying but not able to get it. I almost reached final rounds in few interviews but at final didn't get the chance. I don't want to quit it because its my passion. But from last few months I am getting anger for small things, headache, some type of disappointment and not able to concentrate on my studies. Please suggest me to get rid of al these and to concentrate

My question is simple , is there any medication for overcoming chronic procrastination ? Does ssri, snri, or antipsychotic or dopamine reuptaker can help ? I am suffering from ocd also . But procrastination is something different from ocd so for just procrastination plz suggest me some medication .

I am unable to concentrate on anything my subconscious mind is always worrying. I worry about why this happens why did that happen what if this happens what if that happens

I've been feeling like eating much, appetite loss. I'm loosing weight. Feel irritated. Don't sleep and rest well. Feel tired all the time. Also bowel movement is on a toss. It has been like this for long. Don't know what's going on really. All my medical tests show I'm perfectly fine but that's not the truth.

My name is Sanit Mukherjee, I have been working in a call centre at night shift.. From some day I have suffering from lack of sleep. I tried a lot to sleep but can't. Hardly 4 to 5 hour I can sleep in a day, that's the reason I feel sleepy every time. I feel a slide pain surround my head and eyes.

Hi lately I feel hungry and not hungry and I have mood swings and and get depressed. And I get worried and nervous and sometimes I can't go too sleep because of this can you help.?

My Partner of 4 years has commitment phobia. He doesnt like to take responsibility in life and doesnt value relationships much. Always puts own self at priority. Shuts down himself if somebody tries to go close or understand his situation or tries building his trust. He didnt have a very happy childhood and unsupported parents. Is there any chance of improvement by any psychiatric treatment?

I have phobia of people leaving me n going away. Last 2 decades not able to come out of it. I could never break any relationship even though I get abused n cheated.
