Hi, this more of performance anxiety and fear. Performance anxiety happens as a result of too much interpretation of results and future. So a person stops focusing on performance and starts thinking about end result. Then ends up in more anxiety and gets stuck in the cycle. Also the physiological changes are so dominating that we are sometimes unable to refocus our thoughts.
