Is Frontal lobe of brain responsible for all psychiatric disorders? Is it the root of mental illnesses? How it cause mental problem?

I have difficulty in focusing, concentrating in task,not able to comprehend information quickly as others,very slow thinking, drowsiness during daytime.,fatigue,very forgetful Plz help.

I am always sad and I am afraid when someone laughs infront of me. I get headaches. I have stress and anxiety. I cry and laugh without any reason.

I am a shy person by nature.And I get very nervous around people.It has started to affect my professional career now. Can I get any kind of help to overcome this.

I have a tingling sensation in my body and my thoughts go out of control. The biggest problem is I can't concentrate on my academics. I feel inadequate and insecure all the time & feel like I'm having a nervous breakdown most of the time.

I would like to meet a female family counselor/psycologist who can speak in language Malayalam so that i can share my issues more comfirtably

Iam facing it since 7 years please help me solving it. Iam not even able to explain what is the reason for my problem.
