I was taking medication for depression, anxiety disorder, now i am out of medication for almost a year and taking only quitpin in the night(200 mg). It is alright i stopped medication in between and go through last one year ? Also want to know if quitipin can be brought down.

I am unable to sleep at night. It is causing me weakness in the morning due to lack of sleep. Till 3-4 am I'm unable to sleep everyday.Could you please help me in solving this problem.

Sir i had completed my 12 standardin bipc stream . i had not got any rank in entrance exams. if i watch bahubali i want to be adirector. if iwatch cricket i want to be acricketer. if i watch cartoon i want to be a animator whats the reason why cant i control my brains stability

Feel like my body is going down in earth, some ants are walking all.over my hand chin and legs,things in front of me starts shivering,whole body shiver from inside., while sitting my body is rotating anti clockwise

Afraid of talking to new people.feels tired and lazy all the day. Afraid of taking first initiative in anything.

I was diagnosed with ADD for the past few years and prescribed Methylphenidate 10 mg to be taken 20mg morning and 10 mg afternoon. I did manage to handle things without it for 2 years. Recently I've been distracted on a constant level, losing concentration, can't focus for a long period. Would it be a problem if I get back on Ritalin lower or higher dose? How to get instant release form of the tablet in Bangalore? Thanks

If I see any problem around me then I relate it to me. And I don't feel fresh.i don't have sleeping problem. Sometimes I consider the small problem like a big problem.i know the problem is small but my mind starts thinking about it.and concentration of my mind don't remain same.sometimes it is very good and I enjoy the study and after it changes and I don't want to study.it remains changing after few days.i am interested in study but sometimes I can't study.i tried my best to study. In childhood I do overthinking . I do thinking about anything for long time.and have problem to meet new person.
