I am going through some mental problem and need help to guide me. My brain has almost stopped working and I cannot control my temper.

I get my bp high, i feel i want to suicide i just dont feel to talk anyone, sometimes i go out someehere sit in the dark and talk to the darkness to many things happening with me just bcz nothing is going well between me and my boy friend. am just not able to do anything i feel like am going crazy its killing me day by day

Inability to go about daily activities, passive aggressive behaviour, over-eating, feeling worthless,

I have my marriage in 6 months and everytime I am worrying about it so much that it is really creating a problem in my every day life. My fiancé stays in a different city due to his work and in most days we end up fighting due to my anxiety. I always feel as if something wrong will happen, things won't fall in place and so end up asking him hundreds of questions, keep on taking his assurance that there will be no problem from his family and everything will happen smoothly. It is affecting him and our relationship. I get cranky, confused, feel lost and also irritating. This is affecting my career as nothing but that is only in my mind. Neither can I concentrate on anything nor can I study anything. Days are passing and I am just keeping on praying, this is really affecting my life and abstaining me from keeping a normal, healthy environment around. I am becoming selfish, jealous and panicky. Please help me!

My sister is crying without any reason for a long time .She is 20 year old.this occur for last 6 months.sometime in the gap of 15 days it occurred .sometime it regularly occurred.when she starts crying she hear nothing from any one ..It really very painful for me and my parents..Please suggest me what I have to do now.???

Hi.... I fought with my best friend. And she is a girl.. It's already been 1 and half month since we are not talking.. I can't leave widout her.. She doesn't wanna talk to me and whenevr I go to her she gets irritated.. Am blocked on watsapp and slap cant call her Becoz there also am blocked

My sister is 20 years old. we come from a happy family she has been dating a guy for 6 years and a couple days ago he asked for her hand and she came home super excited and happy telling me about it. The next day she started hallucinating. She would say stuff that are not real or did not happen. Like she would say "did he come?" "did he talk to my mom" "my boyfriends father payed my dads debts" and the one that shook me ... I took her to a therapist and they talked and after we're out of the hospital she told me "is that his dad? he was so comfortable to talk to I really loved him" I'm really concerned. she didnt sleep for three days straight and havent been eating at all. I forced her after the doctor and after waking up she was still hallucinating. Im freaked out and don't know what to do. The doctor said it's anxiety but it seems more than that. I checked her phone to see if something happened. Her and her boyfrjend are talking normally and sweetly so nothing really happened.

My father was taking depression medicines since 25 years under Dr.garda n before few days he lost control over the mind and we consult dr again but all his medicines went into side effects and my father was in serious condition and was admitted for 10 days and then Dr.bimal tamakhuwala consult him but we did not see any changes infact his behaviour has changed a lot he is behaving abnormal and totally like mental patient no control on anything please need a help and guidance to save his life

Hello! I am 19 years old. Sir actually i am not sleeping well from last 1 month..i sleep only 3 to 4 hours a day.. I tried many things for sleep but i am failed in it... I am scared if it is a disorder... Please give me some suggestions..

My sister is suffering from schizophrenia for past 8 year's. She has been on Allopathic medicine since then and has recovered to a certain bit but she still faces few issues repeatedly I want her to recover soon completely so that we can get her married but for that she needs to be fit . Please help.
