Ive been facing anger issues for 3 months now, my patience has come really down and i keep fighting with people, i have tried to control my anger but im unable. Need help

I have been having headache.it's look like I am alway worried. Not able do any work properly due headache.

I have ocd . I knew it 4 years ago when I consulted with a psychiatrist . Then he suggested me a psychologist . I had been counselled by the therapist for 1 year. Then she went abroad. And then I had not continued any more. But some problems I have remains. Can I resolve that without any proffessional? Tell me pls briefly

Hello I am shivam.sometimes i feel depressed.i think of to attend societies.i don't know why? I feel headaches when i am depressed.to avoid. Depression i used to hear some songs When i gets angry ,i used to cry ,or i sleep for sometime,or i used to fight with others,it seems that i will kill that person who made me angry if not then i will kill myself. What is the problem,why this happens to me.

Hi doctor, my friend Chloe has been going through a very bad time since last 1 week since her pet Cindu died. Cindu was with Chloe day in and day out as Chloe used to work from home. I stay with Chloe but I am out for 14 hours due to work. Hence the bond that Chloe had with Cindu for last so many years is unexplainable. When Cindu was brought to the house by her mommy, Chloe was the 1st one who became friends with her. They were together for 3.5 years and used to do everything together until one day, Chloe's father came down and when Cindy and uncle saw each other, they fell in love. Cindu moved to another country and lived with Chloe's father for about 10 years. Uncle had to bring her back 4.5 years back as he had some financial issues and at that time there was no one who could take care of Cindu as aunty has her own pet. So when Chloe saw Cindu all skin and bones, she decided to take her back. However, now that Cindu has left us, Chloe is devastated and suicidal too sometimes. Help!
