Teenage counselling
My son age 17 been very ignorant since 5th std regarding studies and now becoming very aggressive n careless in 10th he passed out with just 50percent n failed very badly in almost all 5subjects he wants to do car modification but I don't know how to make him understand without studies nothing is possible tried many times but he is still careless.

Communicate with your child. That's my first advise. Discuss the problems he is facing in studies and try to help him. Be supportive and instill confidence that you are there for him.
The problems you have narrated may just be a part of some adolescent crisis. It may also be related to some psychological issues. There are many common conditions which manifest in this way. I won't like to mention them before a proper assessment is done. Seek a detailed consultation with a psychiatrist.
