Last 3 years it's been long time i ignored it so far but i can't now i get instead headache and feel dizzy mostly. am 21 year old

I am struggling with my broken marriage and have constantly been getting the thoughts to end my life.

I am not well from my mind. I cant sleep properly,Sometimes i am scared of useless issues, sometimes i am very much positive , Always head ache is there , Socially m scared means i dont like to go social or in public. I am always creating stories in my mind of no use.

Is it safe to take 4mg diazepam with 80 mg propranolol as I don't want an interaction that might put my life in danger I am 18

My wife takes Aripirazole.But she developed fast eye lid dropping problem when she concentrates in some wok.Consulted eye specialists He said that this is due to antipsychotic drug.Please suggest alternative medicine that will not also increase Blood sugar,Cholesterol and Prolactin hormone and muscle Cramp.My wife's age is 34.

I'm a 22 years old student and have been staying​ away from home (in a hostel) for the past 5 years. I can't sleep before 4-5 AM , no matter how hard I try. I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol or coffee either. Staring into phone screen for longer periods of time could be the primary reason perhaps. I try to sleep early everyday but give up after half hour or so of just lying down and thinking. Please suggest a remedy

Good morning Sir, My name is Mohsin from Goa. This is about my wife. its been a year now we married. I've seen some psychological effects in my wife. She get into arguments so easily, on small small issues. starts fighting, goes hyper, shouting and it becomes so difficult to family members to handle it. I've seen anger in her eyes. She takes so much tension and keep on repeating the same issue again and again. to make her calm it take 2-3 hours for me. when she gets hyper she starts hitting hand or head over wall. then she starts complaining about headache, and keep on cry till she calm down. This kind of behavior I'm observing since past one year. at first She is just 22 years old. I need your advice.
