Pls help me sir i am from poor family present im not doing any work,my age is 32yrs but I've been having anger,resentment,negative thinking,inferiority complex,guilty feeling ,lack of confidence,fear,insecure feeling,childish behavior.due to these problems i think im in well and looking for someone to get out from this well.

Fear of loosing relationship with my husband .i get irritated whenever i saw or hear my husband's talking to some other lady... this is so sad ..but i experience this everytime..

What are the alternatives to cure depression. Like which yoga, exercise can really benefit my problem.

Some times I have a feeling I am use less always making mistakes better die than to live. Every one hate me

I suffer from chronic apathy, zero motivation. Not sure if it is a disease or i am just lazy. too many ideas and zero execution. I abandon new ideas and projects instantly, even if i don't abandon them I never give my 100%. I fear that i will spend my life as a mediocre person, never succeeding and constantly regretful. People have issues but they work hard and resolve it. I know my problems (I think), I know the solution but I am unable to work at the solutions. 'Just do it' approach doesn't work for me. Am i looking for an easy way out? I am scared of working hard and finding out that no matter how hard i work I will always be mediocre. I think I am depressed. And I know I dont want to go through life like this. Please help.

I am suffering headache & head burning sensation always tired,mood disorder,lack of sleep i had psychatric tablets 6 months but not cure mri brain scanned thats normala i am now very difficult situations what i do?? Pls help

My married life is ruined by my mother in law things are not working between me and my husband I am stressed some times I feel like committing suicide.. My mother in law abuses me emotionally I feel stressed,fear, not willing to live any morw

My mother is showing constant irritation and can make out of her mental sickness. She is always restless and keeps quarrelling with everyone.

I have been in a relationship from last 6 years but my partner started hating me few months back and started affair somewhere now she is indulge there and I feel so painful she think I am strong enough to face this and says to me everytime to lets be friend otherwise I will die. I can't live without you . Now she tells me I am going to help that guy or meet him for some work then I feel so painful they went to hotels as well. She told that I see u as a friend so let's be friend when I try to breakup and separate then she starts behaving stressful , crying so what should i do ? She says ur value will be always on top for me and you also do the same wherever you marry don't degrade my value in your life so what should i do.that guy is soo innocent as per her she keeps on asking me to help and i do him help also as he is poor also but it gives me immense pain when I think about them and their activities which they do secretly from me

Symptoms of sever depression for last 20 years started treatment 2 months back.now need a psychologist help for the improvement.
