It's been one month I am suffering from loneliess and a mild depression, because of career issues n problem in long distance relationship. Need help want to come out of all this.

Hello doctor. I am having anxiety problem from last 1 year without any reasons with a mild brain zap ( feels like sudden shake in head or brain ). Had a thyroid test which came normal. Blood pressure was also lil high ( tested last week ). I feel difficulty in clear thinking, lack of concentration, confusion, racing thoughts, cant remember anything for long time, weakness, lack of motivation. From last 3 days i was feeling like fainting. And i am suffering from hairfall too ( i thought both these problems are related ). I feels like something is compressing my head.
