He is 11 year old ..he usually talks to himself n laughs n dint do any studies..am very tnsed abt dis behaviour ... he very smart in other activities like gaming going out expect self speaking and laughing

There is nothing to worry about as long as you're talking about him talking to himself and laughing, try talking him into making friends, or atleast one parent should be a good friend to him, or calling up neighbour's son to play should be a good idea. Talking about studies, try limiting his play time and be strict and specific about his study time, make sure he completes his quota of studies daily. You say that he is smart, try getting that smartness in use so that he could make the most out of it.
