I am not understanding what to do in this situation . Actually my wife had done some measure mistake that can not be forgetting being a man.

I Feel lonely helpless hopeless I don't feel like talking doing things which I used to to do Feel isolated Feel numb

I do suffer from a low bp and whenever I get tensed or angry or stressed I have a severe headache and chest pain as if someone​ is hitting me hard and it becomes difficult for me to breathe.

I am 71 yrs old male retired, living alone though have 2 sons &2 daughters. Living with my unmarried sons, my wife doesn't stay with me as she has her job in other state. My first wife died of brain haemorrhage about 30 yrs ago. Despite of no major physical ailment I feel like I will die. I don't know why I am scared but ..

I am working as very senior executive with one of the leading company , Drawing monthly salary of INR 500000. Our project stopped and my job is on stack also my son is leaving to US for higher studies . Looking at future I am tensed

Lot of thoughts come to my mind...makes me frustrated.. ..and irritated I m unable to deal with them...lot of mood swings...takes place..i used to b very happy bt I m changing...i m not liking negatives changes in me..my family loves me a lot I m happy with them...still I don't know..why ..i face anxiety..and tension...nd even I m unaware abt the..

Once In 3 to 4 month -- feel like some other person trying to harm, abnormal behaviour ,no sleep ..feel like other person entered in body and he speaks...no believe on anybody.,too much emphasis on cleanliness..

My daughter always gets low marks in her exams. She is never able to memorize contents and recall answers. Hence she tries to avoid exams.
