Whenever I'm hurt,upset, angry or I shout my blood pressure goes down and I can feel my legs trembling and my tears start flowing without a reason. I also do experience a severe headache and chest pain which is intolerable and makes my breathing heavy or difficult

I was alcohol addict, was in De addiction center for 31/2 months. Now at home for 2 mths and unable to find any job. Has lost self confidence. I m feeling dejected by the society.

Hello mam, I am here to discuss about a problem which I am having since I was a kid. I guess I am hyperactive and probably have ADHD but I am not sure about it. Well let me explain to you why I think so, I couldn't be constantly concentrating on a particular thing with out being diverted with another thought. I keep shifting in my seat during classes, fidget with pens, pencils, twirl my hair as if they would help me focus. I walk faster than others don't like talking with people gets frustrated with being told the same thing twice.  Sometimes I lose my mind and act super compulsive. My mind keeps shifting between a lot of thoughts even when I am playing video games let apart studies. I hate waiting in lines, can't even relax while on a vacation too. I am a poor listener and am easily distracted during long conversation and even lose track of what I was saying and had to ask the other person what I was actually saying.  Last year I didn't went out of my home for 2 consecutive months.
