Feeling low, lack of interest, unable to connect, unable to cope, need help, not on any medication, unable to focus or be happy.

I am very disturbed with my personal life.. have lot of thoughts in mind.. no proper sleep.. always mind is running with some different thoughts.. very much stressed out. Need help to overcome this

3 months ago one of my friend broke my relationship with my boyfriend who was my best friend too (and from the whole school friend circle). Now both of them are not in my life. Feeling depressed from my break up I feel to have revenge from that person. I want to abuse him as he did and want to disturb him mentally as I am now. Confused what to do?

I have been having regular anaxity issue since a year. Urge to pass stool, rising body temperature . Discomfort.

My brother aged 46 years is suffering from chronic schizophrenia since childhood. He is taking daily anti psychotic medicines like levitiracetam, clozapine, amisulpride, pacitane and haloperidol. Recently he is complaining that in the evening he is started having anxiety and also sometimes he is facing problem in urinating. Pse advice.

I am feeling pain in my left ear. It started after .Now the pain has shifted towards upper part of my left brain I am feeling some pressure in my left side of temporal lobe

Suffering from depression from last 4 years but meds just worked for 2 years and after that many meds have been changed by my doctor but my condition is stagnant from 2 years. I just want to know that can a person become what he was before depression even after suffering for long like 4 years or one needs to manage it for lifetime. My doc don't tell me anything directly.

Is it safe to take SAMe  400mg for Anxiety? I'm also on Petril MD .25mg & Lexapro 5mg. Any side effects you know of? Many Thanks.

Does anxiety cause your jaw to shake and tighten? I know certain people their hands Shake. Last year I developed anxiety because my mom had died and she was my rock but with anxiety I feel scared and unsure of the future and shaky
