Dear friend MBBS is completely different from your courses you have done and examinations you have appeared for till now? It needs consistent efforts and regular studies at your level. 90% scoring in 12th is not a great achievemet these days. Even by reading less you can  pass your MBBS but will find it difficult to clear pre PG Exam and will be  difficult for you to be a good doctor. Anyway there is no alternate of hard work and regular study. Make up your mind since today and get yourself focussed in your studies. Really there is no short cut.
