There are days when I am unable to lift myself and leave for work, like something heavy resides in me. It soon turns into tension and pain in chest and back. I have become forgetful and feel broken. I overthink and cry often. Im afraid this could be something as serious as depression or the beginning of it.Please guide

Hi, i have predominant obsession type ocd, currently i am taking escitalopram 20 mg in the morning and fluvoxamine 100 mg tab at night. Now my doctor increased fluvoxamine dose to 150 mg .. So how should i take it , 150 whole tab at night  or 50 mg in the morning and 100 mg at night ? ( I can tolerate 150 mg dose ) And i am taking other ssri in the morning so is it ok to take two ssris simultaneously? Plzz tell me.

I have lot of hair fall and whle washing 250 300 hairs i lose.. i have dandruff prblm.. what the solution?? Its frm 6 months .. please suggest .. and how much time hair treatment takes to recover as before....

I have been lot of stress in my mind, so i can't able to study for my career exams,when i start my study sudden sleep coming.

I'm 25 ,Male,single. I don't get to sleep before 2am . And the next day I oversleep and ruins my day. How do I control this? I tried sleeping before but I never get sleep till 2am.
