Dear user, no psychiatric illness can be diagnosed on the basis of one symptom. Racing or random thoughts can be seen in many conditions or even without any illness. It's better to not try and self diagnose. If these thoughts have recently begun and are affecting your everyday, work or personal life it's best to visit a psychologist/psychiatrist for screening.
