Anxiety, restless, racing mind, no sleep
I had a panic attack few weeks back. I am experiencing high anxiety and stress. I am not able to sleep properly, get only 4-5 hours of sleep. My mind is always racing and I cannot control my thoughts sometimes. I also have high bp (old condition). I have been prescribed pexep plus 25 by my physician (only few days back) but my sleep isn't improving and it's causing lot of stress for me. Please give me advice, thanks.

Your symptoms of panic attack and anxiety must be evaluated properly to find out the root cause. Pexep plus is a good medicine and this will help your condition. To ease your acute episodes additional medication and breathing exercises may be required. And your blood pressure must be controlled properly.
