I am having a deteriorating relationship with my 15 years old daughter which I want to improve. If I ask her to wake up or to bathe or studyeThe problem resolved. Thanks anywayv erything she refuses to do .. also uses abusive language. .Which makes me depressed

I am suffering from heavy mixed anxiety & depression disorder,auditory hallucinations disturbed heartbeat etc... Please tell me how to beat shortness of breath so that I can breath like normal human being... I smoke too...

I have not been going to work for the past 3 days, dont feel like going anywhere, doing anything, talking to anyone at times. Back of the head hurts frequently. Too much irritation, getting angry at things. Feel like crying very easily.

I know it is basically because of love that I am overthinking this is actually started on 24th of June 2017 I saw my ex girlfriend which I was with for 6 years. I was a part of fare and she came to visit that, nothing happend no one of us reached to each other, but when i reached home i got messages from her friend that she is crying that i didn't talked to her etc, i messaged my ex we talked later she said she still loves me but till now she is either acting that she is confused to be with me or not or i dont know whats there.
