I forget things very often nd that to not a single moment the whole day even I forgot my one trip...

I was suffering from sleeping disorder .I was taking zolfresh 5 mg for last some days as sugested by my family doctor...but its not working.only thing i want a deep sleep in night. Please suggest me some good medicine for sleeping as i am working guy and need a deep sleep to continue my work.

My mother is having arthritis since 1year and she is on irregular medication.recently she is behaving wierd like shouting and her hands n fingers are getting tremors.this happens when she is stressed r sad. why is she behaving like this? what is the problem to her? how can she become back to normal? please help me..i want my mother to be healthy

I have thinking a lot about anything that comes in my mind. In fact most of time I live in a dream world.

I am ok otherwise but due to some reason if I get annoyed or irritated smtimes I don't realize y wht I am doing..I start throwing things..shout .don't consider who is in front of me and wht exactly I m doing

Just need to over come some thoughts of betrayal. It is very hard for controlling my mind and I have lot of works to do but something is holding me back very deeply.cannot sleep.

I have suicidal feelings for the last 3 years. And it gets deeper from day to day. Once I get a problem, I commit suicide directly. I feel like no one is by my side. And my grades in school go down. What should I do to cure my mental health?

Getting frustrated and crying all the time and feeling so lonely and depressed. And I feel like loosing something​.

I enter 11 std . I cant concentrate on studies in school. I could not stay in hostel. I am metally distrubed i. e Home sick
