Can't study or concentrate at my work.. Feeling anxious most of the time.. Getting depressed regularly nowadays

I am having sleepless nights from a week. Saw online about phenobarbitone, rivotril, zolpidem tablets. Will they help me in falling asleep? What happens if I use more than 300mg of phenobarbitone?

Hello I sleep comfortably for 8 hours daily but in wrong time my sleep time is early morning 4am or 5am clock and waking up at 12pm or 1pm

I Haveing genetic background my father was mental disorder at age 20 before my birth and I am having depression and memory losing problem and I have also problem of learning power loose this is seviere Please tell me pschyiatrist or neurologist What will be best for me. ??

I have been suffering from severe lack of concentration for the last 2 years.Durin the initial period I could not concentrate when I read.but now from nearly 6 months I could not concentrate in each and every daily activity.whenever I study or think something about anything(even when I m playing any games).during almost every tym of the day a someone's face(of my friends or any TV character) or a scene (like any movie scene or any scene of my day today work)appears in my mind almost all the tym..due to all these I m depressed a lot and feeling like a looser.plzzz help.
