Chronic insomniac
Hi, I have not been sleeping well since last three months. In the last three months I have only had a deep sleep for 4 days. And in between I have slept for like 10-15 days for 3-4 hours. But now I haven't slept for straight 20 days. I don't know what is the issue. I had consulted a pneurologists who prescribed two tablets meloset 3mg and Zolfresh 5mg, which isn't helping me. Can you please suggest a good doctor ? And let me know what is the issue.

With proper psychiatrist's help i think u also should visit a homoeopathic physician for medicinal help.Both way u can helpful. U also consult psychologist for proper counselling and evaluation of the case.Medicine,proper Counselling and behaviour modification these combinedly can solve ur problem. for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
