  4. Fear of death. In my body. please help!

I have watched a unknown man died in roadside from that time I have fear of death I can't do my usual things in life .I am so afraid when I hear ambulance sounds or see funeral . My headache so much and be afraid and I can't sleep and feel like crying and I get shivering in my body .please help

As soon as possivle consult a psychiatrist for medicinal help and a psychologist for counselling sessions. U developed Phobia. It is curable after Proper tretment.Nothing to worry. Do as i say.
