My daughter frequently goes to the washroom to wash her body . Changes her clothes. Does not touch things

Can't sleep. I dont feel weak. All is good in life. Still i am unable to sleep for days. Need some help

I feel like I'm suffocating, like the air isn't enough even though my breathing is so normal. I feel like I'm lost and everything I see is like in a dream or like I'm in the water drowning. I rarely feel dizzy and headache but constantly feel like drowning or dreaming or deja vu. I have epilepsy and I take a medicine that a doctor gave it to me.

I feel kind of depressed (according to what I believe on the internet is correct), a feeling of hopelessness and sadness. Highly sensitive towards my emotions. I feel like crying on small matters, anger is something that comes too direct. I don't know what to do. Family members are not bothered about my feelings.

I always study with perfection ,like if i want to study a chapter ,i will study from my textbook ,will search topics from internet , watch related youtube videos...& It consumes a lot of time , a single page takes hours ... Initially i was happy that i do things in such a perfection but now i feel it led me in trouble.. What is it ? What kind of mental illness is this ?

I have become more violent from last 3 years that might because of my family issues. It is affecting my married life.

My mother has been taking Sizodon LS and prodep10 capsule everyday from last 25 years. Is there any way we can change these medicines or stop these doses as she getting a irritative and aggressive nature as a side effect.
