Cannabis Induced Psychosis, Anxiety
I have been diagnosed with cannabis induced psychosis 5 months back. I am on medication right now with Nexito 20 one time at a day. Also my oleanz 2.5 has been stopped recently. I was experiencing thoughts which were bizarre and also became paranoid at times. I used to fear a lot and also used to have some suicidal thoughts as well. With the medication my condition has become stable now but I have been banned from using cannabis anymore. Should the consumption of alcohol is safe for me or even alcohol is dangerous.

Hello dear, Interesting question...Common query  though...See being a functional addict of something is usually the demand of someone coming out of substance use or dependence...But you have to understand the gravity of the situation that since you have suffered an episode of psychosis? Depression?( As escitalopram was  also prescribed)..you are more prone than others for future similar episodes with any substance...Your doctor will explain you that.. Exercise regular meals and sleep well will help for sure....So Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case... Kindly give time to  your body, brain to readjust..ok
