How do I quit depression medicines. its been more than 10 years. Please help. Is there a way to quit.

It depends on for what indication you have been prescribed these meds...I mean for anxiety disorders or Depression or OCD ETC..Also therapy could be an option to explore..it is an evidence based treatment..ok... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case.. Kindly don't self medicate and self discontinue the psychotropics..done
