I am 35 male, shy reserved, not talk too much with anybody, I like to sit quietly, this attitude ruining my life, I lost couple of jobs, now I want to change my nature, what should I do ?

I am writing for my brother. He is 24 yrs & staying alone in delhi. He has irrational fears, violent moodswings. we visited a psychiatrist in Bangalore and he suggested bipolar disorder w/ manic episodes. He also advised some psychological tests. My brother hated the visit, and no refuses to go to any doctors. Our family is clueless how to proceed

How I can calm my my self ????... m very short-tempered!!! & becoz of this sometimes I face prblms which thing is very much hurt me

Sir, My 14 year son who is studying in class 8th do not concentrate in his studies. Although all of his teacher never complaint about him all say he use to be attentive in his class but academic result is never satisfied

What is the difference between and what is the uses in these medicine  chlorpromazine Hcl-25mg and clozapine-25 mg ? Who is the safe for my health? Safe means which medicine have minimum side effect between in these medicine.MY PROBLEM is my doubtful nature from 9 year. Treatment start last 4 year (clonil, mirtaz, talecalm h) but sudden i change Dr(fluorine 40 mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg) suddenly New problem start sleeping problem,present time I have change 2 Dr, first sugges me chlorpromazine hcl -25 mg,and second Dr sugges me clozapine-25 mg. Both medicine have solved my problem sleepiness but who is the best between in these two medicine?before use in two medicine I have taken also sleeping tablets but not gud results.so plz sugges me which medicine is between in these medicine. My problem is lake of self confidence and doubtful nature and sleepiness. What is my disease?
