My dad is taking nexito forte but he got sleep of just 2 hrs in nite can he take o.5 clonazapem in addition is it safe or not

Respected Sir, I want bring your kind notice that four years back i feel very unconscious then i consult local Psychiatrist and he gave me some medicine and after some time again i feel unconscious. After some time my relatives advised me to consult other doctor. but unfortunately result remain same. he gave medicines like: tab. ATLURA 40, tab: TAB

My grandmother was a victim of post partum depression. I grew up with her nagging me constantly, crying about maids not coming , and repeating one thing hundred times and no amount of reassurance worked. It made me angry and I behaved horribly with her. Ultimately we lost her to a heart attack when I was 15. I can't forgive myself for it even today

Almost everyday I feel empty and down. I get angered easily. I have to force myself to eat. I am unmotivated most of the time and when I'm not, I feel angry. I feel like I'm going to cry a lot. I have anxiety attacks more often than most people.

So hers thee problem.. When i get into something like course or programme(gym , job), I am pretty excited in the beginning and i do it very focussed manner in first few weeks but then excitation fade and i start feeling uneasiness in my mind and heart.I just get some fear kind of thing and i just want to leave it then.happened again n again

I have mental stress which is affecting my day to day life and physical health as well. I feel it is like a depression.
