I have major anxiety issues n emptiness
I'm not sleeping properly from last 6-7 days. I wake up every 1-2 hour. I'm quite conscious while I sleep. I usually have no fixed time to sleep. I'm not able to follow proper routine. I don't feel hungry. I skip meals while I was a foodie before. I have major anxiety issues n feel empty all the time. Feel lost n hopeless. I cry out for no reaso
