I dnt feel good , i feel suffocated from inside and i feel low , i start crying without any reason . I feel hell . Its not a good feeling at all

I do get angry every now and then though it does not continue for long. Some sort of frustration. I do shout when am angry if am at Office and end up with tremendous headache but elsewhere I remain silent and get exhausted inside.

Im taking medicines for depression. How long do I need to wait after meal, before I take my medicine. Im suffering from 4 years but not getting completely cured even after many therapies and medicines like nexito, flunil, petril any many more. I feel like I have lost my ability to be happy and creative. I feel like dying. Im in third year of engineering. With this kind of mind I will not get any job and If I will get the company will not keep me because​ of my inefficiency in doing anything. Help me. Im living in lot of pain everyday. Before depression I was above avg. student and was very creative. Can I ever be myself again. Sometimes I feel that why Im living.

I feeling some thing bad about my behavior,feeling sad in doing great thing ..am not able to express to any one about my feelings

I have been suffering from stress and sever headache on both side of my forhead . Before three month back i had taken Nexito 10 mg tablet. As per my doctor prescribes it should be taken for for three month but i have stop taking it at the end of one month only. And after four month i have started to suffer from sever headahce and depression

I've been mindlessly eating with mindful guilt. I'm concerned because it messes up my regular digestive functions. I eat even when I am full. MINDLESSLY.
