I hv OCD prblm For 13 years.My prblm is- I remove OCD thoughts by thinking'Not Pay Attention'. Evry thing was going gud wid dis strategy.But 5 months Ago I noticd Whn i thnk'Not Pay Attention' my oesophagus move thn i think people will notice it and wht they think of me.My Strategy Fail.I daily rethink it 5 hours to find Solution . Help me .

That was a good strategy but not the only strategy to manage ocd. Every one's oesophagus moves and its visible for others to see.. Just like other body parts move. You need not associate any anxiety, guilt or shame to this natural process.
