A LOT OF ISSUES,PAST ND PRESENT, ISSUES RELATED TO MY MOOD ADDICTIONS ISSUES WITH FORMING CLOSE RELATIONSHIPS

Continuoos thoughts..anxiety . Feeling sick ..not feeling hungry .loosing weight..talking continuosly ..not able to focus for long

After engagement brother is not happy with the person he has engaged into.however there is no problem with girl . brother just want a girl which is beautiful.he doesn't thing she is beautiful. he is pressed from last 8 months .

Since iam an engineer i need to interact with people ask favour and sometimes bring people to my way and get things done, but since my child hood i nevver asked for favour if its something wrong this afeects my worklife and confidence apart from this i am suffering from memory loss ,often forget things and i feel daily drowsy and frustrated inside

I am not able to stay alone.feeling heart pounding and nervies all time .i am to much worry about my health.not going any where without friend.

I've been suffering from social anxiety. I feel nervousness between crowd. I feel less confident. I hate to leave my comfort zone, to be specific I don't like to leave places like my room or my actual home. I can't have meal with people due to social anxiety. I masterbate daily.

High insecurity complexes, fear of social life. I am not able to talk to relate to anyone in the world. feel disconnected from everything.

I just cant trust people ...in my relationship too i alz live in a fear May b he is hiding something ..how to get rid of this trust issue ? Its alz make me feel insecured
