Hi, i feel really stressed out and anxious whever i do any important tasks (mainly professional tasks).. I feel like hard to breath. It takes a while for me to get back to normal. I continuously cough to clear out the choking moment. Sometimes vomiting helps me out. My hearbeat races and there are times when i sweat as well. My palms go cold. This condition has been occurring sporadically in the past, but almost daily now. I dont get enough sleep as well.also, When i get tensed, i feel trembling within myself. I cannot keep thinking about problems eventhough they are not that big. Atlast however i deal with all tasks and problems. When am done, i feel normal again. From the limited information above, can you please state is this anxiety or something else and how to deal with it? My job involves meeting clientsand i run thorigh all these sympotyms before everymeeting .

I have gone through the symptoms and can relate with them since I was a toddler. Currently I'm 18. Lack of interest in studies.
Sir/madam, I feel I'm addicted to electronic gadgets like mobile n tabs and internet, but how can I come out of this? Is there a simple way out for my addiction. I even tried to keep my mobile turned off but failed. Every night I feel very bad abt myself for failing to read/study n my ambitions r big but actions r not even close to that point.
Any help will be appreciated.
