I am an Alchol addict & suffer OCD problem I want to get rid of these symptoms, would need assistance

I am a software engg, currently working in a reputed MNC. I got allocated to project recently. The lead, whom I am working with, pressures me to a large extent. This has developed a sense of fear inside me; I am not being able to live freely. Even simple work issues seems to me very tough due to this trauma phase (i developed a sense of workphobia)

I am a software engg, currently working in a reputed MNC. I got allocated to project after a long bench period. Its been 2months now but the lead,with whom I am working, pressurises me to a large extent. As a result, I developed a constant fear (whenevr she is pinging me for work or any issue). I am not being able to live freely but I want to.

I have been facing this for 3 years now. At early stage it looked normal because everyone fears something in their lives. But gradually my fear started growing. I started fearing every thing. I have started running away from every situation. Sometimes I get panic attacks in very normal situation like some discussion, interviews or presentations.

I am unable to sleep from many days. I want to take medication to reduce my stress and to have a sound sleep.

1, i have anxiety disorder from 2012. still i am taking antidepressant.i have stopped drinking and smoking when i taking treatment. I take a beer ( alcohol) after 5 years. the anxiety disorder is relapse again. Again i feel anexity.

I have been feeling too low and hopeless with life. nothing seems to move and it is causing me to feel like walking dead. i feel nothing, not even pain or happiness. i am trying to get back to normal but i am too low on energy and my head seems to be dizzy.

I want to know is really my husband loves me or not . but he had personal contact with me which i meant about married life. now he rejecting me. wat can i do
