Having headache on back of my head in a single line feeling like a nervous breakdown.....ita gettong worse and i am feeling numb and inactive

I'm suffering from compulsive cheek-biting. It has increased in last couple of years. It increases during evening. How to get rid of it?

I stopped taking medicines a few months after I was prescribed and i tried the erp technique..but almost a year later after my break up I am starting to feel so bad..I am trying my best..I don't want to get depressed again..what do I do?has this any solution?I am going to be ocd free someday?or I am going to be the same my entire life?plz tell.....

I am in depressed as I resigned job april 2017. I was taking stable od 250/500mg tab, dedep plus tab. But now I am addicted to dedep plus. I consulted psychiatric changed  to petril MD 0.5mg tab. Now in manipal hospital whitefeild diabetology changes to censpram lite. Now still I didnt depression mood swings happening sometimes angry , full, cornering myself and sudden changes to.positive mind. Like this mood swings happening. I am diabetic past 2 yrs taking galvusmet 50/850mg tab and pioz 15mg tab for cholesterol. I am depressed very I need to change tablets like stable od and dedep plus. Any mind calming tablets are there ? And need sleeping tablets also kindly suggest.

Sir/Madam, I am suffering from anxiety from 4-5 years. 2 yrs before I consulted psychiatrist then he kept me on medication for 1 year ,I can say that his medication helped little bit for my anxiety.So I am thinking of consulting some good doctor who can help me from anxiety.

It's disturbing me for last one month after my breakup, unable to move on and unable to forget memories. I want to move on and make myself best again as I was and used to be. Help me out please. Hi, I have been struggling with decision on life, feeling lonliest, a year back I cut my hand which is the point i realised I have crossed a line. I feel I ahve failed in everything. AFter all this now I have to deal with a heartbreak, I am doubtful whether to consult a Physchiatrist or Phsychotherapist. some are homeopathy doctors. Its confusing

A few questions about Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD): (a) Who is best qualified to diagnose GAD? (b) Can a cardiologist diagnose GAD without referring the patient to a mental health ounselor or without performing a mental health screening?

In recent time i am dreaming about other Women in dreams which is seriously disturbing my married life..I yell out few women names in dreams which i dont remember if I wake up but my wife is doubting on me that i dont like her and fond of other women..which is not true...I dont have those intentions...Any one help me to get out of this situation.

My sister is disturbed and she is not listening to anyone about her marriage.Due to some experiences in her life,she herself is thinking that parents are her own enemies.How can we come out of this.How can we convince her that we are only for her wellbeing?
