I am having severe headache Feeling weakness Heartbeat is fast Thinking only negative Unable to concentrate

I get hyper for things and suddenly start abusing people and also hurt myself physically unable to figure out how to put the pressure out of my mind. I have broke 3 phones in past 3 years and there are other things that can be added under this list. Need urgent help on this

I never had any good friends, due to some or the other reasons all left me.I now have a best friend whom i love a lot but she is pursuing for abroad studies which means i wont be in touch with her. I cannot imagine a single day without her. The thought of her going abroad haunts me to that level that i cry a lot..I get depressed and sometimes get suicidal thoughts. I want her to receive all success but i want her besides me..

My angry,sad,tension,afraid....n even happiness are going to peaks for very small things.till now I thought this z childish behaviour.but since my emotions are changing very quickly I'm scared n wanna ask u..

I have suffered from stress/tension headaches sincce i was young(now i am 59). Have to take paracetamol frequently. Want to know if i can get cure thru accupuncture

My dad always suffering from headache and always fights with peoplesome for no reason.... he is suffering from diabetes also have high diabetes..... at our home mine family can't able to deal with him because of all his bad behaviour.... he use foul mouth to anybody.... pllzz tell me what should I do to make him normal...

My friend has extreme needle/ syringe phobia. She is fainting, sweating, getting unconscious even at a look of needle. Although there is no issue with sharp objects like blade, knife. Could you please suggest what is the possible problem
