Having anxiety after doing mindfulness meditation for 10 days. Feeling tingling sensation in back and fingers with stomach disturbances. Fearing that i will go mad.

I'm 21 years old. I've been having sleepless nights since a week now. I've lost my appetite and my concentration capacity has been decreased. And times lot of disturbances, I constly distance myself from all others and activities.

I am jobless past few months depressed what tablets I hv to take to have calm mind. It's mood swings

My friend is very much depressed and consulted a doctor. He suggested to have serta 50 tablet.Now she is about to get married and she have a doubt to continue to have this tablet or not

Sir I had sleep disorder problem for last year I consulted a doctor who prescribed me medicines for duration of three months . I somehow was able to sleep after 20 days my problem came back then the doctors suggested me to took QUTAN 25 for one month after that half of the tablet I did accordingly but half of tablet is not helping me to sleep .

Iam having like 20 percent water in stool it is not hard is iam having any problem ?before I use to take marijuana 8months ago but now I left everything ....after leaving this iam feeling like iam having light sensitivity on my eye and once I've got high blood pressure iam 29 years old ...please help me

I have been having a hard time remembering what I'm doing,where I am,where I put things,and how to talk sometimes for the past few weeks It's been getting worse &I've just started college this Tuesday so I haven't been getting much sleep latelyBut today while I have been seeing black dotes and weird black lines in my vision & other new problems

My mother was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia 2 years back, she recovered completely and her medications were stopped in May 2017. Her condition has relapsed now She is on medication again from last week. She is taking Qutan 50 mg and Ativan 1 mg on SOS basis. She is also diabetic. Her condition is not improving, instead becoming worse.

Ive been so cranky and angry lately i wanna jump out of my own skin ive been crying alot and none of my friends want to be around me anymore because of it
