Sorry to hear about your sister's difficulties.
These difficulties are seen in individuals who may be severely depressed and/or developed a psychotic episode. Common cause could be increased stress. These difficulties can be treated despite them being very distressing and frightening.
Please consult Psychiatrist for assessment and appropriate treatment/support.
