Feel high anxiety mound swing most of times high heart beat shaking body every time can't feel normal life fear in my heart thyriod patient past bad experience

Recently started experiencing anxiety which on few occasions led to increase in heart palpitations. I am unable to get rid of irrational fear which is hampering me. Whenever, I am idle I tend to overthink which makes me agitated

Decided to quit alcohol abuse and did so well. Now no feeling of intake of alcohol. But when I fall asleep during night I have hallucinations and distressed sleep.

Is it okay to take Echinacea supplements whilst taking Sertraline? Do they have any effects to my medication? I took two supplements today then realised that I didn't check if there was any problems doing this. I felt a little strange but only after having a little panic which I think was just my anxiety. My mother suffer from positive symptoms of schizophrenia for the past 30 years We have been able to get her on medicine on and off. Now she does not want to go to a doctor and seems to be behaving more irrationally and suspicious. Is there a medicine we can use which can not be detected and we can get her to a doc for treatment. We did get one such liquid 15 years back which made her sick and she herself asked to go to a doctor Please help as you can imagine our entire family is disrupted and we really want to help our mother but there is no way out. She gets abusive and uncontrollable at the mention of a problem and says she is fine and becomes adamant to the point of hysteria at the mention of doc She is suspicious of all medicines and does not take any.

Really afraid of going to Bathroom in home because I feel my cloths , hair will be touched with the toilet seat and I will get contaminated. Although I know that it doesn't happen but still I feel the urge to wash my arms along with hands ,hair.I am also afraid of going near dustbin because when I am near to dustbin I feel as if I have touched it.
