I dnt know what to say...m going through depression ...i cry ll day...m nt been able to concentrate on my lyf..i cant sleep properly...i love someone who doesn't even love me..that is what haunts me the most..i get nervous every now n then...wenever i try to wrk smewr..on the frst day itself i get very nervous..n i jus go blank....i hve fear of people...i hve low self confidence..i tried to attemp suicide 2 times..i jus want people to know my importance..

I dont have classic type ocd , i have more obsession and less compulsion...i spend whole day doing nothing productive...i dont bath for 3-4 days .. i want to study but i just think that i should study but i cant implement it ...i have many thoughts when i drive , they are neither harmful nor anxious ,they are just unessential... I dont know what is this , my doctor says it is ocd and he treated me with fluvoxamine , escitalopram and with anti psychotic too but nothing is working for me ..i am unproductive ..what is this ? Which kind of mental illness is this ? My mother is bipolar patient wid schizoic symptoms but i dont have any psychotic symptoms ...

Hi there i have had a number of people tell me that they think i am bipolar ,i have done a numbrr of online tests and they have all said i am and that i need to contact my gp but i dont particulally want to go there,i have also looked at the symtoms online andni tick a number of these boxes , Hope you can help Leah.

When i sleep at night I have at first meditate then even when I sleep mere mind mei kuch na kuch chlta hi rhta hai even mera koi connection nhi hai and when I wake up then I don't feel refreshed

Was alcoholic 1 year . Now totally quit last 1.2 months . But still am feel depressing & anxious , sleeping problems , irritating . Many peoples says its alcohol withdrawal symptoms . So if that then how many days or months its gonna stay ? Consulted a MD & a Psychiatrist they prescribed me 'Etizola Beta' for well  sleep .

I experience a lot of drowsiness, exhaustion and the need to sleep very oftenly. I get sleepy in busto classes and anywhere. It's a big problem for me. Please advice me a way ojt of this problem as I'm a student and I badly need to study for more hours than I do now.
