Dear sir I am Amit Dhar 28 years old .now I am prepared for competitive exam for get a govt job. But now a days when I have read or write maximum 2 /3 hours I am feeling headache and I can't atten in lesson properly. So now what can I do for success in my examination? Please help

I suggest that you have your eye sight checked to ensure, your eyes are not stressed as you are having to read for longer hours.
