I lived in a stressful environment and I gave up the trying and switched to lethargy. I feel weak mentally, as in my memory is weak as compared to 3-4 years back. I am only 22, just out of college. I have fear of facing everybody and so, just quit trying to face any problems to find a solution or work through it.

Can you recommend the best hospital on the lines of Nimhans in Delhi. We have been to several doctors but have been unable to diagnose the exact problem.

My husband is unable to sleep at night without taking sleeping pills. As per him some bad dreams irritate him and then he got seviour headache. Please suggest some. He Doesn't want to take the pills. Due to that pills he was in droginous all the day.

My husband has an uncontrollable anger.Normally he is quiet.But whenever we fight, he becomes very aggressive. Even his parents acknowledge that he becomes aggressive when angry but are not serious about the idea of his treatment. he tried to harm me in three instances and yesterday tried to kill me too. I dont know how to deal with the situation.

Hi doc. I am 29yrs old. Mother of a 1yr old boy. Actually I really get arrogant very quickly on my son or on my husband for every silly things. I am been restless from 1yr & also jobless from past 2.5yrs. Hi, my mom suffers through schizophrenia. I was wondering if it's inherited or not. & if I could genetically get it. I have anxiety (my doctor said as well) I do not go to therapy or counselling. My hands continuously shake (they shake more when I'm scared or nervous) my legs do as well but they shake rarely when I'm really nervous or scared. I often end up crying really fast. I over stress too. & lately before I sleep I'm experiencing hallucinations & I see images around me when my eyes are closed & even open. & they're all bad imagines that scare me. Something I've been experiencing for years now is underneath my left breast I get a sharp pain that really hurts. I have to press on there & not breathe for at least 30 seconds for it to go away. I receive this pain at random times & the pain gets sharper if I inhale deeper. I'm just wondering if something's wrong. I don't feel like telling my parents or a doctor, so I decided to try this. I hope you can help me, thanks for taking time.

We check the bp now it's showing 106/ 60 and he is not been eating food for past one day . He is not getting sleep for past 3 days. He is on medication for hear alignment as well as sleeping disorder. Since it's Sunday our gp is not available need advise
