I am deeply depressed, I usually forget things, and I always fear that people are thinking bad about me and I cant do anything about it.

Continuesly Taking Depression Injections! And Wanted To Get Rid From This! Just In Habit Of all this!

I am taking medication from 8 years I am now feel to reduce it or find another substitute like aurveda or yoga to slowly vanish its symtoms. Pls suggest what will work.
