Last 5 days sleeping problem and very much body pain as well as burning problem in foot

I feel drepressed all of a sudden . This happened to me a year back, and now this is repeating. I don't have a reason, that's what I'm worried about . What should I do? Take any kind of drug? Or approach a psychiatrist to calm myself down?

Since my childhood I get very cautious while walking or going to a crowded place or attending a meeting and think everyone is watching me. It leads to discomfort and stif body posture.

I have consulted doctor and was taking Cipralex 10mg daily over 2 weeks or so. Today by mistake I have taken 10mg afternoon and one in the night. Will there be any consequences?

Since 6 months or may be more I feel like unhappy and angry and frustrated. I don't like people around me I don't find any jokes funny I have a good family and not so great but OK job I can't figure out what is my problem I'm 27 year old man I had a good childhood. I don't remember I was ever abused I have friends also

I am 22 now. I was very bright as a child but from the age of 16, I noticed that my memory and comprehension ability started declining. I cannot recall things, cannot think properly, cannot concentrate, procrastinate a lot, get tired easily. I am becoming dumber by the day. It is seriously affecting my professional and personal life. I am also extremely depressed by this change in me. Is this due to brain fog? Is it caused due to hormonal imbalance? How can I get rid of it?

I can't sleep from the past few days I don't feel like talking to anyone I cannot explain my situation to anyone I cry everyday and it feels like nothing more is left to live.

I am on qutan 100 for last 15 days.now i want to discontinue the medicine.but i am have withdrawal symptoms loss of sleep please advice

Hi my mother is 73 yrs old and has started imaginary thinking and probable hallucinating that she is getting messages via the air of people talking to her. She thinks someone is wanting to do bad to her and is constant ly thinking and gesturing with facial expressions when alone. She seems confused and forming vague stories in her mind

I am hearing voices while flushing the toilet. They stay audible while the flush is going on and reduce as the water goes down. Sometimes while cars honk I hear my name being called out in sound of the horn. Also while listening to a particular song I listen the voice saying "■■■■ off " in between. I listened to the same song again and again and at the same interval it keeps repeating “■■■■ off” so I deduced that am hearing it wrong.
