Hi, Is it safe to take Modafinil, Brahmi and Multivitamins in conjunction, are there any harmful drug interactions. Or anything else I need to concern myself with. I take modafinil for narcolepsy, brahmi for helping cognition and multivitamins due to lack of a balanced diet.

I am suffering from anxiety disorder since last 2.5 months and is taking medication for the same. Sometimes there is pain in my left chest below the left armpit. This makes me anxious and I think it to be a heart attack. Is it normal? Can I have heart problems? My blood tests, ecg and chest x-ray all are normal. Also suffering from this disorder I became health conscious. I sometimes feels that I will die any time but I want to live.

Is it safe to take Modafinil and Methylphenidate together ? Are there any long term effects ?

Can I get a prescription for anxit 0.5mg ? I dont want to go to a doctor in person n I dont want my family to know that I am using this tablet and they wont give this tablet without a prescription. Hence I need a prescription to buy this tablet. Can you help me please?

My mother lost her son 3 yr. Before bt she feel him now and she had issue with her father in law and mother in law. Now she feel many things that everyone is against her and they are coming to beat her and many more things due to which she is not understanding anything and now she used to tell those things which are not happening too.

Nothing give me long lasting happiness.. I smile and laugh around ppl but as soon as I'm alone or just my husband I remember old hurting things and keep crying. I'm unable to find happiness in anything. I want to run away and never be found.

Yesterday i felt panic attack and anxiety .. that's why i took one zapiz 0.5 mg once ...will be it harmful to me by taking occasionally this medicine... occasionally (4-6 month after)

I had been sleeping late night for few weeks, due to my baby sleeps very late. But for this week even if my baby sleeps earlier I could not able to sleep. I could feel sleepy. Am keeping my eyes closed but still I could not sleep. I can feel awakened even if I close my eyes. Also lot of things running in my mind. Requesting the help to relieve from this.
